Village tourism to be popularised in Arunachal Pradesh

Itanagar, May 31 In a bid to woo tourists, Arunachal Pradesh government today said it will soon implement the concept of village tourism and make the northeastern state "a favourite tourist destination in the country."

"The concept of village tourism will be implemented soon to make Arunachal Pradesh a favourite tourist destination of the country," state Tourism Minister and former Chief Minister Dorjee Khandu's son Pema Khandu said today.
